시음 노트
이 부드럽고 매력적인 피노누아는 체리, 자두와 베리류의 풍미를 가지고 있으며, 피니쉬에는 스파이시한 오크의 향도 살짝 느껴진다.
2012년은 아주 좋은 빈티지로 꽃이 피는 동안의 날씨는 아주 안정적이었고 여름에는 낮은 뜨겁고 밤은 선선하고 대체적으로 건조했다. 이러한 날씨는 피노누아를 재배하기에 훌륭한 조건이다. 그 결과 균형 잡히고 과실의 풍미가 뛰어난 와인이 생산되었다.
탱크와 베럴에서 12개월 동안 숙성시킨 후 말로라틱 발효를 거쳐 병입 되었다.

시음 노트
생동감 넘치고 아로마틱한 이 와인은 구스베리와 라임의 풍미를 느낄 수 있다. 해산물, 파스타, 샐러드와 잘 어울린다. 이 와인은 숙성 시키지 않고 바로 음용 하기를 권한다.
와이너리는 이 와인이 순수한 과일의 풍미를 보여주는 것에 포커스를 맞추고 양조 기술을 통해 와인의 복합성을 더해주고자 노력했다. 이를 위해 낮은 온도에서 이스트를 이용한 탱크 발효를 진행하였다.
